| The Beartooth cabin offers the romance and privacy of a new custom built hand hewn log home on 10 acres of land. Perfect for Honeymoons. We have abundant wildlife such as deer, eagles, hawks, bears, and moose. Drive down the road and if you're lucky, you'll see the long horn sheep! The house is located along the Stillwater River near the small town of Nye, Montana and a little more than an hour Southwest of Billings. We are also about an hour to the small ski town of Red Lodge. From there, you can head over the scenic Beartooth Highway to Yellowstone National Park. We are literally at the gateway of the Beartooth Wilderness and Custer National Forest. With world class fly fishing out the back door and some of the highest peaks in Montana out the front, the Beartooth Cabin offers something for just about everyone. When you come here, you've come to the Last Best Place!!! |

From Billings - Take I-90 West to the
Columbus exit(408). Head South then on
highway 78 thru Columbus To Absarokee.
Go thru Absarokee and about 3 miles you
come to Highway 419 at Olies Corner( mile
marker 30).Olies is a gas station &
convenience store.Turn right and go South
again for 19 miles. You will go through the
small towns of Fishtail and Dean. About 5
miles past Montana Hannas Salloon and
Restaurant, you'll come to Spreading Winge
Lane at mile marker 19.
From Red Lodge - Take highway 78 for
about 30 miles and you'll come to the same
intersection of Highway 419(Olies Corner)
turn left and follow above directions.
